Everything we offer is delivered online. Nothing is shipped.

What happens after you pay

• Straight away: your plan is active in the app. Every episode opens.
• Within one working day: a named guide is assigned and appears in your app.
• Sessions: booked in the app from the times your guide offers, and held on Google Meet. The link appears 15 minutes before the start.
• Your route and answers: your guide builds your child's route after the first session and answers questions in the app, usually within 48 hours (24 hours on Gold).
