The short version: we give honest career guidance; we can't promise admissions, marks or jobs; please don't copy our videos.

These terms are an agreement between you and [Registered business name] ("School2Success"). By using the website or app, you agree to them.

Who can use it

Plans are bought by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over, who is responsible for the child's use of the service.

What you get

Each plan includes what is described on the plans page at the time of purchase, for the stated period (one year for Silver and Gold, two years for Signature). Plans do not renew automatically.

Guidance, not guarantees

Our guides give honest, researched guidance. Decisions about streams, colleges and careers remain the family's. We do not guarantee admission, exam results, marks or employment. Exam dates, fees and rules come from official bodies; always confirm them on the official website.

Using the service well

Keep conversations with guides inside the app. Guides will never ask you to move to private chats.
Be respectful to guides and staff.
Don't share your account outside your family.

Our content

Episodes, stories, reports and all other content belong to School2Success. They are for your family's personal use. Copying, recording, sharing or reselling them is not allowed, and may end your access without a refund.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds follow our cancellation and refund policy.

Ending access

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after telling you why where we can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction.
